Cutter:  HSS, 7/16″ (11mm) diameter, 1/2″ (12.7mm) diameter shank.  Works for all ramped barrels equipped with bottom feet cut square at the rear like Nowlin and Wilson.  Added length fits STI, SV Extended Dust Covers.
