Progressively wound to slow the slide gradually for less chance of frame damage and returns the slide quicker when faster cycling is needed.  Government length only.

Select:   9, 11, 14, 16.5, 18.5 or 20 lb.

For standard factory ammo:  Govt. .45ACP – 16.5#, 9mm – 14#, 40SW  16#, commander models 18-20 lbs. officer models 22 lbs.

Caution:  using too light a recoil spring can result in damage to the pistol and possible injury.
